My heart just sank, and then...
I just had to share with all my wonderful helpers what happened this morning. All of us know how much work these shipments are and the importance of having adequate help and fork lifts to load the " big equipment". (Which includes about 18 300-pound beds, an incubator, c-Arm x-ray, etc, in this shipment.)
Well, I called Mike Harper from CA Safe Company about the 31st shipment and using his fork lifts. He had told Dave he might be out of town, and I had to know for sure. Much to my dismay, he said they would be gone. I thanked him for all he's done, said I would look for someone else and my heart just sank. |
As I was about to hang up, he said, "Wait a minute, Christie is saying something." Christie then said "we are not leaving until you are finished helping them!"
Wow!!! I got off the phone and cried. God is so good and faithful to us! I can never thank Him enough for the way he provides. (I should sent Christie a dozen roses!) Needless to say, my heart went from the floor to the sky! He will be bringing all his fancy equipment to help load the big items at 8:30 at the old Community Hospital facility. Just thought you'd like to hear another little miracle in life at my place!! Janice Walker |
